  We bought a pair of bifold gates for a 12 foot gap. They arrived more quickly than expected but had been wrapped before the paint was dry and, despite paying an extra £36 for a final coat of paint, bare metal was exposed in several places. Now, a month after installation, rust is well established - but I have finally been able to wring a can of spray paint out of them: hardly a ringing endorsement! Points to bear in mind if you are thinking of buying their bifold gates centre around the flimsy design of the gates which are not really up to the task. Firstly, the outer leaves have to be mounted sloping slightly upwards so that the centre leaves are parallel with the ground; secondly, when you open a centre leaf as if it were a normal garden gate (such as when the postman is calling), the outer leaf it is hanging from warps so that the inner leaf tilts drunkenly and, in our case, catches the ground. The only way to avoid this is to mount the gates a few inches higher than the company recommends or to prop the outer leaf in a vertical position. Either way, the result is distinctly inelegant. Finally, the "garden" gate is equipped with a bolt rather than a normal catch, making it inconvenient for visitors to use. I would recommend against buying this product from this company.
