  Used Smartmove in April, its been 3 months of hell since.
  They took no care with my furniture at all resulting in a lot of damaged items. Ive had to claim off their insurance which has been a nightmare from start to finish, all Ive had is the insurance firm trying to knock me down on everything. Ive had to take days off work that i didnt get compensated for, to wait for the furniture repair firm that i had to organise myself.
  The workers clearly werent interested in working that day, the owner even told me that himself, they just wanted to get finished asap.
  Luckily i have CCTV at my new house so i had footage of them mishandling my items, dragging my furniture across the back of the van with no protection, lowering the tail lift on some items, stuff getting knocked over and not getting picked up, stuff stacked on top of furniture with no blankets covering the items, worse thing is, they had blankets, just didnt bother using them.
  Worst decision i ever made employing smartmove, its made a move to a new area even more stressful than it needed to be.
  Extremely disappointed
